Our company has applied for the Government Purchasing Card (P-card) Programme coordinated by the Government Logistics Department to facilitate government departments or agencies to use purchasing cards (Purchasing Card, P-CARD) to purchase goods.
本公司已申請由政府物流服務署(P卡)統籌的政府採購卡計劃，方便各政府部門或機構使用採購卡(Purchasing Card, P-CARD)採購商品。

Note 注意：

• Customers must clearly indicate that they will pay by purchasing card before confirming the order.
  客戶必須於確認訂單前，清晰交代以採購卡付款
• Purchasing card payment processing time is from 9am to 6pm.
  採購卡付款處理時間為上午9時至下午6時
• Purchasing card payment will require an additional working day to process payment.
  以採購卡付款，需附加多一個工作天處理付款手續
• The delivery date of the goods will be calculated from the time the customer properly submits the relevant purchasing card documents.
  貨品交貨日期以客戶妥善提交相關採購卡文件起計
